Design Service Terms
- This service covers design time and file preparation for edible topper artwork.
- The design service fee is separate from the printed topper product unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Each service level includes a limited number of revision rounds as listed above.
- A revision round means one grouped list of requested changes submitted at one time.
- Extra changes beyond the included revision rounds may require an additional charge.
- Requests that significantly change the original direction, theme, layout, or concept after proof delivery may be treated as a new design service or a higher tier.
- We do not guarantee exact colour matching because edible printing can vary from screen colours.
- We do not offer unlimited revisions.
- Turnaround may vary depending on workload, urgency, and how quickly the customer approves the proof.
- Design service fees are generally non-refundable once design work has started.

Design service fees cover the creative time needed to prepare or create artwork. Each service level includes a limited number of revisions. Larger changes, repeated redesign requests, or concept changes after proofing may require an upgrade or additional charge.

From a print quality perspective the picture was perfect. However we followed the instructions for laying the image on the cake and it never melted into the cake as we hoped. Even after two days sitting on top of the cake the image was still difficult to cut cleanly and was like eating paper. I will try again to see if the result was something I did wrong but I was disappointed with this first result.

This was my first , but not last order. My sister discovered your website. We were preparing for a family bridal shower. The customer service was one I have never experienced before. The website is very user friendly. I was given a draft before the printing. I had some questions that were answered asap. There was not a long delivery time.
