Excellent quality image, timely service and really quite delicious!

The service was fast and the quality was clear- as to picture. They were very easy to peel off of backing and also easily applied, with little to no taste. I was very pleased and would order again.

Improvements?
Maybe include an instruction sheet for how to apply with the order - that would have been useful as a first timer.
Also my expectations for how the photo comes out with edible ink are now understood. It's obviously not as vibrant as a real photo, but that's understandable!

the icing was ok Easy to put on the cookies. The only issue is to have to cut them which was a challenge

the wafers didn't stick well.

Fantastic service and quality. Having just moved back home to Canada (Alberta), I was scrambling to find someone to make an edible image for my 16-year-old daughter’s very specific cake request! Edible Final Touch came through with efficient service and fantastic quality. Will definitely use again for my next kids birthday or when I manage to get my baking business back up and running!

I was absolutely delighted with the service that I received and the quality of product. I have used edible images for cake decorating in the past and have never had images this crisp and clear before! The colors were so vibrant, images beyond perfection, packaging was fantastic and just extremely happy with every aspect of my order.

Excellent service, fast and high quality

I've been using Ebible Final touch for years, for all my edible image needs. I use to live in the city but I moved to another city & STILL I drive back to Hamilton just to get my edible images done by them!! The photos always turn out great, and they even cut them out for you so you just peel and stick. Makes life so much easier ! They always double check to make sure you like the size and design before they print, excellent customer service. Plus they are super friendly and kind. I will always go to them for as long as I need edible images done. Highly recommend. 🙌

Really happy with the product. They were fast to create it, and communicated with me quickly and easily, including suggesting some enhancements that improved the image. Pick up is at a residential home, not a business, so when picking up, email them to notify of arrival to minimize wait time in the lobby or outside. Thanks for the great item, glad to support a small local business. I'll use you again in future.

Living in rural Nova Scotia, finding someone to make a cake with prints was going to be an impossible feat.
They either did not have the printer or could only print a certain size etc.
My daughter had requested a cake with prints of her favorite animé character and I was running out of options.
Looking online was discouraging since most companies were charging a ridiculous amount for a very limited printing options.
Found Edible Touch while browsing and I thought it was too good to be true!
Uploading pictures was easy-- you get to see and approve before submitting.
I received my order -- which had been completed same day-- in less than a week.
It was professionally packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
As for the product itself, it's better than I imagined.
Images are clear, the colors nice and bright, true to the animé character.
I will be a returning customer and would recommend to friends and family without hesitation!
My daughter will be over the moon!

The process for the edible image was smooth through and through. I use the chatbot for assistance and got immediate response and help. They walked me through ordering it and even gave me a mock up of what it would look like for approval. Communication was clear through and through!
