Important: Tracked services (Expedited, Xpress/Express, Priority) include carrier insurance for loss or damage only. They do not cover delivery delays or missed event dates. For deadlines, select Express/Priority and add 1–3 buffer days.

Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL. Service availability and timelines depend on your address and the service chosen at checkout.

  • Cut‑off: Orders before 1:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day.
  • Tracking & insurance: Included on Expedited/Xpress/Express/Priority (per carrier terms).
Service notice: Labour disruptions or severe weather may extend economy/ground timelines. Consider Express options for time‑sensitive orders.

Ontario (incl. GTA)

Ground: 1–3 business days • Express: 1–2 business days.

Québec

Ground: 1–3 business days in the south (longer for northern regions). • Express: 1–2 business days.

Manitoba

Ground: 3–5 business days • Express: 1–3 business days.

Saskatchewan

Ground: 3–5 business days • Express: 1–3 business days.

Alberta

British Columbia

Worldwide delivery via UPS, FedEx, Purolator and DHL. Edible prints are sealed in food‑grade zipper bags and shipped in rigid mailers or boxes.

Customs & Taxes: Import duties/VAT are paid by the recipient. Customs inspections may extend transit times.
