I’ve used Edible Touch three times now and I always get a superior product. Easy to peel off the backing and apply to my cookie. Nice thick images and not too flimsy to work with. I’ve tried applying the image to wet royal icing directly and also letting the royal icing dry and applying the image using gel. I find the second method is a cleaner smoother finish but both look great. Will continue to use Edible Touch in the future.
This is the second time I've ordered (cookie toppers last time, cake topper this time). Kinaz was so incredibly helpful in getting the design perfected and finalized from the photos I sent. The toppers were ready same day I ordered. My daughter picked up first one in Hamilton. Most recent one was sent to me in Ottawa and arrived in just a few days (not using express service). Amazing customer service and an amazing product! The detail couldn’t be better and I can’t wait to get it on my cake. I placed the order and stupidly forgot we were heading away for a week. I emailed them and they made sure to hold the order and ship upon our return. Super pleased and will use again and again.
Submitted my order. Received a reply shortly after to clarify my order. Items were shipped very quickly. Wraps were printed very crisply and clear. They were easy to apply and align the blocks. I am an amateur decorator.
