The website is very user friendly. I was given a draft before the printing. I had some questions that were answered asap. There was not a long delivery time. I had a nice experience with Edible. I was not sure at first what I was ordering, I had someone helping me right away after I did my order, and I had lots of questions!!!! The customer service is amazing. The result was great, although not the best to eat!! The reel was really more a decoration than part of the cake. My guest were impressed with the surprising cake.
